As an Essential Business for the needs of your pets, Pawtrero continues to be open during the Covid-19 Shelter In Place Order.

Our store hours during this time will be 12pm-5pm every day. We are continuing to receive deliveries from our vendors and our stores will stay completely restocked during these trying times.

We are still delivering throughout San Francisco and also offer in-store pickup. We encourage you to use these services if you can. You can download and order on the Pawtrero app, order at pawtrero.com or give us a call during business hours at 415-882-7297. We have Free Same Day Delivery throughout SF Monday-Friday if you order by 8am.

To protect the health and safety of our employees, customers and community we will only be allowing a few customers at a time into the stores. So with that in mind, as much as we have always loved to have you & your dogs to come in and socialize with us, we are asking that you only come in when you need to make a purchase. While in the store please maintain at least six feet minimum distance between the staff and other customers, including providing ample space while shopping and waiting in line. The self-serve bathing stations will be shut down until further notice.

We are taking active measures to make sure the pet food that gets delivered to your home is done in a safe manner. To reduce risks, we recommend that our delivery clients add instructions on how you would like your order delivered and whether you would like it left at your door or another safe place of your choosing.
